Market Lane - photos finally!

Finally..here are photos from my biggest project to date, designing the interior for Market Lane, it was a collaborative effort working with Debbie from DJL Arcitecture. Not bad for two working Mums!

Market Lane is a small, specialty micro-roaster and café, located in Prahran Market, Melbourne. They source and roast specialty coffee from single farms, estates and cooperatives.

Australian foodie royalty Fleur Studd approached me to design/style the interior for her at the Prahran Market. From sourcing furniture, designing tables, choosing glasses, lights, right through to teaspoons and turning my childhood fence into shelves, it has been a massively rewarding process and an absolute delight to work with Fleur.

Fenton and Fenton

Here are some pieces from my latest shoot for the Fenton sisters for their new shop Fenton&Fenton in High St, Prahran. The girls are known for their vibrant, modern and bohemian style - so it's always a pleasure to shoot their space.

new hand soap from jacqueline evans

Jacqueline Evans (who happens to be my fabulous sister) just launched her new hand soap this week. It's utterly lovely on the hands....a feeling you don't get when washing with chemical based soaps. Initially it took me a moment to get used to the non-lathering - but that's just because we've been brainwashed into thinking if it doesn't lather then it's not a good cleaning agent. Quite the opposite, all these ingredients come from nature - you can feel the difference on your skin.

Email Jacqueline to order some...your hands will thank you.

Are we there yet?

We're heading to Mexico next year for the wedding some of our mates. We could not be more excited. This is where the wedding will be....holy moly. Take me there NOW. Nice one double dees!
